I understand that all fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negoitiable.  By submitting this application I agree to abide by all rules and regulations.  I further understand that if accepted as a 2006 delegate I agree to attend the 2006 international pageant.  If I chose not to attend the international pageant the crown and sash my be immediately returned at my own expense.  I understand that if all fees are not paid in full by set forth deadlines I will lose points from my overall score.  I understand that if selected as a 2006 delegate a $200 deposit towards my sponsorship fee is due within 45 calendar days of receiving my acceptance letter.
